She refused to let me talk to a manager on duty informed me there was no managers on the entire property in her department! This is a lie. When we first checked in we ordered two wine glasses they informed me this would be a dollar per glass, once we receive the check it ended up being $4.50 for service charges and gratuity for two wine glasses!! When I called the front desk to dispute it and only pay the two dollars like I was informed on the phone Desirae was extremely rude and could care less about the satisfaction of the guest. ![]() Although the waiter was very nice and apologized it just ruined the overall experience. A party of eight people were dining at their steakhouse where the waiter forgot to give us our salads prior to our meal which we paid for. ![]() This place is not worth the money, they’re obviously on a huge budget because the customer is definitely not taken care of.
